The question I get asked the most in all my training's is 'Can you teach me Colour Techniques?' My answer is always yes. We then look at each individual haircut, then decide how we can make that haircut look better with the placement of colour.

We divide the head into areas and think about how adding a darker shade underneath could make fine hair look thicker or how when the client wears their long hair up, a triangle of rich copper shines through.It's all about adding interest in the haircut beautifully, and in an interesting way.

By using shapes in different areas of the hair such as triangles, rectangles and zig zags, we can create our own technique. However, I can take you through these step by step.
