In the olden days of colour, things were simple.. there was only bleach, a few shades of permanent color to cover grey and a true semi-permanent (not mixed with a peroxide/developer/releaser).

Bearing in mind that women only washed their hair once a week, a true semi-permanent lasted really well.

However roll a few years to when women were washing their hair everyday, hair color had to move with the times. When perms went out and straight flat hair came in that's when the colour market boomed.

I have taught color for L'oreal for years, however I can teach other brands as I have worked with many in my career. I love the world of colour!
