I have been cutting some of my clients hair for 30 years. My secret to keeping clients so long is 1. To do a great haircut and finish, and 2. To keep it fresh. Each visit I pretend I've never seen them before (which makes us laugh!) but I don't ever take them for granted and stop seeing what they look like.

I suggest new little changes that we can implement. I usually say 'I was at Salon International and I saw a fantastic new technique, do you mind if I use it? or how about a different fringe today? The possibilities are endless.
