I always start my training sessions with 'My name is Sarah, and I'm a nice person, I want you to drain on my knowledge while I'm here and you can ask me anything'.

I then add to that 'My name is Sarah, and I'm extremely simple'. That normally makes them laugh. I then go on to explain that it has to be simple for it to go in my head so if I say anything and it doesn't make total sense, stop me and I'll explain it in a different way. This puts people at ease.

My hourly rate is £60, and it's the same whether I teach one person or 16 people. I always give, and don't ever drag things out. My passion is seeing something new and in our ever changing industry there is always something new and fresh to learn.
